NECK AND MIDBACK
Cobra

Begin by lying face down with your palms face down under you shoulders. As you breathe out slowly arch your neck upwards to look at the ceiling. Continue arching upwards as you breathe out pushing slightly harder with you hands until a comfortable limit has been reached. Breathe in as you return to the face down position.
Cat and Cow
   
Begin on you hands and knees with the hands directly below the shoulders. Tuck your head between your arms and arch the back slowly upwards, like a cat, breathing out. Then arch the head, neck and midback region up slowly, breathing out as you do.
